Learning outcomes

The course of Civil procedure law, as part of the didactics for the achievement of the master’s degree in law, is divided into two parts with a single final exam. The first part is about the general principles that govern the civil trial and that find their roots in the Constitution and in the first book of the Code. The second part is about how the civil trial work and about the remedies.
