Comparative Constitutional Law is an advanced course, which focuses on models and mechanisms of judicial review of legislation. Such models and mechanisms – often pertaining to different legal traditions – will be scrutinised through the lenses of the comparative method. Rulings and relevant judgements form constitutional courts and supreme courts acting as constitutional courts will be delivered and examined throughout the course.
