Juridical logic attempts to guarantee, in jurist reasoning, the correctness of drawing juridical normative consequences from the reconstruction of facts. Consequently, this course intends to develop competences and skills with regard to the relationship between the issues of fact and the issues of law of each individual case.
The course is divided into two parts.
In the first part, the course examines some fundamental notions about language, interpretation and argumentation, as related to juridical experience.
In the second part, the course will deal with a set of problems concerning probative aspects of jurist reasoning in concrete cases.
