Bankrupcty Law (which should be named now Crisis and Bankruptcy Law) studies the laws regulating business crisis and insolvency. Bankruptcy law (r.d. n. 267 of 1942) was and is often and widely modified in order to provide for more modern and flexible procedures through anticipated and contractual proceedings for the solution of crisis or insolvency of a firm or an individual debtor, also consumer.
Oral examination.
Only attending students will have the option to take at the end of the course and on a date before the one set for the oral examination a written test (preappello).
