The course aims at providing an in-depth understanding of the Italian Law of Successions and of its connections with other fields of the Italian Private Law. The students shall acquire the ability to analyse complex legal issues, as well as to autonomously express judgments and arguments on a thorough level and to critically adapt them to the changes in the context, thus preparing themselves for the challenges of the legal professions in the European and international dimension.
