The assisted maternity it regards marital duties and course of the familiar life. The opinions are many. Taken part also the Constitutional Court has excluded the application of article 235 c.c. However it is not sure that the maternity other people's sperm is excluded from the topic of the marital duties. The problem of the validity of the agreements is placed on the marital duties.
