The research focuses on two main questions: how are decision-making processes changing in contemporary societies and what are the new legal products resulting from the new processes?

European Committee of Social Rights Study of the monitoring activities of the European Committee of Social Rights, the independent body of the Council of Europe that ascertains compliance with the European Social Charter using two distinct tools: the procedure of collective complaints presented by the social partners and other non-governmental organizations, and the system of national reports presented periodically by States parties Legal Institutions
Social Rights Study of the individual rights based on legal claims to the State or public bodies for their benefits; they are distinguished from other human rights of freedom because they tend to obtain the fulfilment of positive obligations of the liable persons Human Rights Law
Government The term ‘Government’ has different meanings in Italian legal literature; it indicates stricto sensu the supreme body of the executive power. Part II, Title III, of the Italian Constitution specifically concerns the Government. The Article 92, para. 1, which provides that ‘the Government of the Republic consists of the Prime Minister and of the Ministers, jointly constituting the Council of Ministers' Constitutional Law
