Overview
The course will provide specialised knowledge in issues of theoretical and practical importance for recruitment consultants, giving an update on the most important legislative changes on matters of common professional debate. Topics that will be covered in depth are: employment law, social security law, work safety law, community labour law, tax law, business administration and work organisation. The course is intended as a professional update for recruitment consultants, enriching specific personal and professional skills as required by law 12/79 and the Code of Conduct governing the exercise of the profession.
