Overview
This course offers the opportunity to gain deeper, more specialised knowledge of important theoretical and practical issues in recruitment consulting, and aims to give participants an updated picture of the most significant changes in legislation regarding frequently debated topics. The following topics will be covered in depth: employment law, security and social security law, work safety law, work community law, tax law, commercial law, business economics and work organisation. The main goal is to provide an update for recruitment consultants, enriching their skills both personally and professionally, as required by law 12/79 and the Rules of Conduct that govern the exercise of this profession.
