Overview
This course is an in-depth study of issues of interest to family lawyers. It aims to provide an update on important theoretical and legal developments as well as recent legislation on family matters. Specifically, it seeks to give highly qualified professionals a deeper understanding of legal and social aspects of family, granting them the skills required to successfully perform their work in professional studies on assistance for family and minors, and enriching their personal and professional expertise as required by the legal reform law, 31 December 2012, n. 247 and the Code of Conduct that governs the exercise of the profession.
