Durante il periodo delle lezioni il ricevimento si svolge in presenza. Dopo il termine delle lezioni il ricevimento avviene a distanza tramite l'applicativo Zoom. Curriculum

(Ita) Roberto Flor si occupa di diritto penale nel cui ambito, in particolare, è specializzato in Cybercriminality (Cybercrime Law & Cybersecurity Law), Artificial Intelligence and Criminal Law, indagini ad alto contenuto tecnologico e tutela dei diritti fondamentali, tutela penale della proprietà intellettuale, responsabilità da reato degli enti, diritto penale europeo e diritto penale comparato. E’ stato borsista Cooperint e "Max-Planck-Gesellschaft", trascorrendo diversi periodi di ricerca presso prestigiosi istituti universitari in Europa e negli Stati Uniti, ed ha vinto il premio “Ettore Gallo” con la monografia “Tutela penale e autotutela tecnologica dei diritti d’autore nell’epoca di Internet”, edita da Cedam-Wolters Kluwer nel 2010. Ha ricoperto ruoli di esperto italiano in materia di Cybercrime Law presso istituzioni europee ed internazionali ed è responsabile e membro di numerosi progetti di ricerca nazionali ed internazionali. Dal 2017 è Responsabile Scientifico di Protocolli di intesa fra il Dipartimento di Scienze Giuridiche di Verona e alcune Procure della Repubblica in materia di computer e digital forensics, nonchè Coordinatore Scientifico dell'Osservatorio Cybercrime. Dal 2020 è Presidente della Sezione Regione Veneto della Società  Italiana di Intelligence. Dal 2021 è Coordinatore Scientifico, per la sede di Verona, del Centro di Scienze della Sicurezza e delle Criminalità (centro inter-universitario, Università di Trento e Università di Verona).
(Eng) Roberto Flor is specialised in Criminal Law and, in particular, in Cybercriminality (Cybercrime Law & Cybersecurity Law), Artificial Intelligence and Criminal Law, Technological Investigation and Protection of Fundamentals Rights, Criminal Protection of IP rights, Corporate Criminal Law, European Criminal Law and Comparative Criminal Law. He was “Cooperint” and “Max-Planck-Gesellschaft” visiting researcher by prestigious Universities in Europe and U.S.A. He won the “Ettore Gallo” Award with the book on “Criminal Copyright Protection and Technological Protection Measures in the Era of Internet” (Cedam-Wolters Kluwer, 2010). He is Italian Expert on Cybercrime Law by European and International Institutions and Scientific Responsible or Member in several national and international research projects. Since 2017 he is Scientific Responsible of “Protocols on Computer and Digital Forensics” signed between the Legal Science Department of Verona and some Italian Public Prosecutor's Offices, and Scientific Coordinator of the Cybercrime Observatory. Since 2020 he is President of the Regional Section of Veneto of the Italian Society for Intelligence. Since 2021 he is Scientific Coordinator (UniVr Dept.) of the Center for Security and Crime Science (Inter-University Center, University of Trento and University of Verona).
