The research focuses on the following topics:
a) Labour mobility in multilevel production from the perspective of a new generation of internationalization. Globalization is taking companies beyond the delocalization processes and rendering a normative reference framework indispensable, both for workers in other countries and also coming from European and extra-European countries whose laws and social security system laws are applicable. Furthermore, the perspective and opportunities of the tax regime, with particular attention to the problems deriving from the inequitable and fragmented situations of the European tax regime.
b) Employee involvement to improve work organization and the recent possibility of financial support;
c) The governing of on- and off-site work flexibility involved in the digitization of work (i.e. agile work);
d) the managerial techniques and strategies used to fidelize the employees and the medium- and long-term investment in training through company welfare and increasing productivity.
