Short description of contents:

This contribution examines the French experience in the field of circular economy and, in particular, the sources of law that regulate waste management in particular in the agri-food sector. The sources of French law, in fact, introduce some elements that contribute to giving concreteness to waste recycling policies, impacting society and jointly involving all the subjects of the legal system also through educational initiatives.
