The aim of the course is to acquire:
- the basic knowledge of finding constitutional sources; basic knowledge to understand the rules of the Constitution.
The main topics are: sources of law; judicial system; distribution of power; hiuman rigts; rights protection system; constitutional justice.
- the ability to set up legal issues of the subject (written and oral); the specific vocabulary; the ability to give independent judgments; a method that allows the continuous learning and updating of knowledge
